Well, I am actually happy about this. My body fat has been dropping all week compared to last week. My weight is up.

Body fat over the last four weeks: down 1.5 pounds, down 1.9984 pounds, up 0.424 pounds, down 1.4512 pounds.
I have 19 pounds to go, and about 17- 20 pounds of body fat, to reach my ideal goal.
