I read this recipe last night on The District Domestic, and I cannot wait to try it.
It seems even easier than Jamie Oliver’s Hot-Smoked Salmon recipe from Jamie at Home.
The recipe originated in the Washington Post’s Food Section.
What I really like about The District Domestic’s post is the amount of relevant detail. I actually feel as though I can attempt this and perhaps even succeed.
