I have lost 1.2 pounds this week. I lost a shocking 1.8852 pounds of body fat.
Those figures are down just a bit from yesterday, so I am confident they are “good” readings.
I am extremely pleased with my progress so far. In 13 weeks, I have lost 21.6 pounds and 15.6504 pounds of body fat.
My exercise has fallen off over the last few weeks. I need to do a better job of getting up and moving. I have had some health reasons for the fall off (allergies, knee strain, foot pain from the healing bones in my foot), but I still need to get back in the swing doing at least something.
As I close in on my goal weight (and I am already at a healthy weight for my body), it may be harder for me to lose each .2 of a pound. It is a concern, but I will continue to do the right things and see what happens.
I have 10.6 pounds to go. I could hit my goal:
- @ 2.0 pounds per week — on May 1
- @ 1.5 pounds per week — on May 15
- @ 1.0 pound per week — on June 5
I will be at my goal long before my birthday and before any trips I take this summer. Yay!
