1 turkey breast
4-ozs. pumpkin (butternut squash can be substituted)
2-chopped onions
1-carrot
1-garlic clove
2-tbsp celery
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 basil
1/4 thyme
1/4 parsley
2-bay leaves
DIRECTIONS
Wash turkey breast in lemon and water removing the skin, chopped into small pieces, chrop and add all the other ingredients to your slow cooker along with 4-cups of water. Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 7-hours – the end of your work day. Pumpkin/squash used for a natural thick soup. You will have a tasty, healthy meal after your evening workout.
