I knew yesterday was an outlier. Today, I am down .4 pounds and back on track in body fat.

Though I intricately describe my eating and weight here daily, I cannot bare to type how truly fat I was and what my percentage is on a daily basis. I will say that I am no longer obese

To hit my body fat target at my goal weight, I need to lose an additional 9.6616 pounds of body fat. This is a much longer-term goal than getting to the right size/weight. It will also involve serious exercise. Still, I have been pleased with the progress and I can see the change every day.
