I am aggravated to see the numbers still moving up (up 4/10 from yesterday and 6/10 overall).
I know it’s pms. I know this happens, but I am tired of it. I think I am a bit cranky, too.
I still have muscle soreness from yesterday, which I am so glad to experience. Every time I lean forward my abs and back hurt — and I am happy about that.
I have only missed one workout day in the 9 days since I began working out again. I am varying the exercise — trail, aerobics, step aerobics, pilates (and I am looking for new things to add in like Fitness Magazine’s 4 Week All-Over Makeover). Though I am not doing muscle building work, I feel more muscular and I can see some definition in my calves. Perhaps this means I am less fat overall. Pilates is great for my posture and I could feel a difference immediately.
Overall, I feel skinnier and less fat, despite the fact I am bloated. Perhaps in 2 weeks, I will see a significant weight loss once the bloat recedes. But, perhaps not. All I do know is that in 2 weeks, I will be healthier than I am today and I am healthier than I was two weeks ago.
